Note: Old Town uses a tiered-pricing model for all of our trips in order to guarantee trip departures. The more time a confirmed trip is listed on our our Activities Calendar, the more opportunities there are for others interested to join onto the trip, and lower the per/person price for everyone. If you know the Old Town Trip your group is interested in - as well as your group's date of interest - we encourage you to book your trip well before you arrive to Guatemala in order to ensure availability.

Please check Old Town's updated Activities Calendar before you contact us about a booking - we may already have the trip you are interested in scheduled for your date of interest!

There are (3) simple ways to book your group's trip with Old Town Outfitters:

(1) If you are *NOT* joining onto a scheduled trip - and wish to book a new one for your group - please use the "CONTACT US" link on our website to send us information about the trip you would like to book. A representative of Old Town will respond to your email with more information about your trip booking, and send you an invoice using the PayPal service. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed and your trip (and group name) will appear on our updated Activities Calendar. If others join onto your trip before the start date - and lower the per/person price - Old Town will issue your group a refund for any difference in per/person price paid on the day of your trip.

(2) If you *ARE* joining onto a scheduled trip - please use the "CONTACT US" link on our website to send us information about the date and trip you would like join onto. A representative of Old Town will respond to your email with more information about your trip booking, and send you an invoice using the PayPal service. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed and your trip (and group name) will appear on our updated Activities Calendar under the trip listing.

(3) Your group is also always welcome to pass by Old Town's Shop in Antigua (located 1 block south of Central Park - at the corner of 5th Avenida & 6th Calle), and speak with a member of our sales team to join onto an already scheduled trip, or book a new one. We ask that you give us at least 2 days notice in order to ensure we can add your group to an already scheduled trip, OR provide a new trip for your group on your date of interest. Old Town strongly recommends that you communicate your interests to book a trip - or join onto a scheduled trip - *BEFORE* you arrive in country.
